- Love it!
- Like it.
- It’s okay.
- Don’t like it.
- Hate it!
- Other (which let you write in your own response)
Over that time we’ve gotten 12 responses that have broken down like this:
- Love it! – 7
- Like it. – 2
- It’s okay. – 0
- Don’t like it. – 0
- Hate it. – 0
- Other – 3
The “Other” responses included:
- “Just visiting for the first time”
- “Super fantastic”
- “So beautiful, it made me cry! :-D”
One of the complaints about the poll was that when visitors viewed the results they couldn’t see the “Other” responses, only the number of responses. So far I haven’t found a way to change that so, for the moment, we’re just going to have to rely on wrap up posts like this one to list those sorts of results.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the first poll, it would have been impossible to test out this option in WordPress without your help. And thank you for all the positive responses – it’s good to know that those of you who visit this blog find it useful (or at the very least attractive).
Now it’s time for a new poll, which I hope to have set up by the end of the day. If you have a topic you’d like to suggest, please tell me about it in a comment on this post.
Update: the new poll is now available; please let us know which types of blog posts you find most useful.
